A dentist (Terry Jones) explains the situation for dentists here at Epsom. A housewife (Graham Chapman) is interviewed about the perks to living in Epsom. An estate agent (Michael Palin) talks about the opportunities of redevelopment in Epsom High Street, including demolition of the houses of elderly people, who 'wouldn't put up much of a fight'.
