Man-Powered Flight is a sketch that appears in "The Spanish Inquisition," the fifteenth episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Synopsis[]

A man (Terry Jones) is galloping along a hill, holding a flying device. It cuts to a shot of him flying along a cliff edge, later to be revealed the camera is turned 90 degrees and he is actually falling down the cliff edge. As the camera turns the right way round, it pans around to the BBC continuity man (John Cleese) who announces it is time for something completely different, and then the "It's" man (Michael Palin).
