"And that, my liege, is how we know the Earth to be banana-shaped."―Sir Bedevere to King Arthur[src]
Sir Bedevere was a knight of the round table. He was played by Terry Jones in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
History[]
Sir Bedevere was conducting a witch trial in a village when King Arthur rode by and knighted him. He rode to Camelot and joined the quest for the Holy Grail. By the end of the film, he was the only knight remaining. The knight's faceplate bars obscure his view forcing him to lift the visor to see anything.
While preparing for the siege of Castle Aaargh, the Grail's location, Sir Bedevere the Wise was unjustifiably taken into custody by the British Police Forces alongside King Arthur.
